Many people
enjoy eating pig intestines, but they don't know that stir-frying them is the
best way to eat them. With my method, you don't have to worry about not being
able to chew the pig intestines. Add a spoonful of flour and a little
high-grade white wine to the pig intestines. Use both hands to repeatedly wash
and knead the intestines for two minutes. Then, flip the intestines over and
remove excess oil stains. Add a spoonful of baking soda and marinate for ten
minutes. This is the key to making the pig intestines chewable. Rinse with
water twice.
Chop the
intestines into small pieces, add salt, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, a
spoonful of starch, and mix evenly. Marinate for ten minutes.
Heat the oil in
a pan until it reaches high temperature, then add the pig intestines and
stir-fry over high heat for two minutes. Put the pig intestines in a bowl. Heat
up some oil in the same pan, add ginger, garlic, and red chili pepper, and
stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the pig intestines, soy sauce, oyster sauce,
chicken powder, and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes. Finally, add some
pickled cabbage and garlic sprouts and stir-fry for 10 seconds. If you like to
